Spanish English Memorizers:
Help with searching for Spanish educational games, toys and books for children.

Learn about Spanish verb use from genuine examples.
Follow these simple instructions:
1) Open a text like Lord of the Rings, which contains a "search page" feature.
2) Read the instructions on this page to open both the Spanish and English texts side by side.
3) Let's assume you want to see the subjunctive "sea" within real sentences. Write " sea " in the search box (without " ") and preceded and followed by a space to avoid finding longer words. ie.: (space) sea (space).
You can see the verb endings too. Eg.: to see all verbs that end in "...iese", write: iese (space) in the search box.
4) Use Alt + s to select all the examples on the page one by one. Compare with the English text to help you with meaning.
You can extend your search for examples by using the Global Search feature. (Members only.)

Aprender acerca del uso del verbo inglés a través de los ejemplos auténticos.
Sigue estas instrucciones sencillas:
1) Abre un texto como El señor de los anillos, que lleva una herramienta "buscar en página".
2) Lee las instrucciones de esta página para abrir la página en inglés y la del español una al lado de la otra.
3) Supongamos que desees ver los varios usos de "would" en contexto de frases auténticas. Escribe " would " (sin comillas) y con un espacio antes y después de la palabra para evitar el encuentro de palabras más largas, es decir: (espacio) would (espacio).
4) Utiliza Alt + s para seleccionar todos los ejemplos de la página uno por uno. Compara con el texto en español, que servirá de ayuda para entender el significado.
Puedes ampliar la búsqueda de ejemplos si abres la herramienta Búsqueda Global. (Sólo socios.)
