Forms of payment

Bank Transfer: You may make a transfer to our account number at Acme Bank: ????? and the purchased item will be sent once we have received the corresponding pay details (this can be sent via e-mail to Customer Services sac@acme.es with the transfer number and amount or by fax to: ?????? including the pay advice.) Payment is made in the same way as with a credit card; you only have to fill in the order form and select the option "Bank Transfer". Making payment in this way you will receive a 2% discount on your purchase. For international orders, this will be the only payment method available but the discount cannot be applied owing to costs generated by international transfers.

Visa Card: To make a purchase from our webpage with a Visa credit card, tick the corresponding box: "credit card" and fill in the details on the form with your Visa credit card number and expiry date after placing your order. If you do not feel happy about the Secure Web, you may introduce the first five digits of your card and advise us of the rest of the number by telephone.

American Express Card: To make a purchase from our webpage with a Visa credit card, tick the corresponding box: "credit card" and fill in the details on the form with your Visa credit card number and expiry date after placing your order. If you do not feel happy about the Secure Web, you may introduce the first five digits of your card and advise us of the rest of the number by telephone.

Cash on delivery: The order must be national and the receiver must make payment on receipt of the articles purchased. Payment is made in the same way as with a credit card; you only have to fill in the order form and select the option: Cash on delivery. This payment method is subject to a charge of 3 euros on the total price for orders less than 195,00 euros.

If you are not satisfied, we shall give you your money back.

Within the conditions stipulated on the buyer's conditions page, if on purchase of any article, you are not satisfied wit it once received, you may return it within 15 days as from the date of billing or you may request a replacement with a product of your choice.

Finance: (For orders over 350,00 euros). With Hispacme finance, paying for articles is easy. To finance a purchase you only need to follow the following steps:

- Select "Finance" in the corresponding box when you fill in your order details.

- Send us the following documents by fax to this number:

*Photocopy of your ID card

*Last salary pay advice or last tax return (if you are self-employed)

*Documental proof where the 20 bank digits are shown (for example: copy of the account details, or a cheque, etc.)

Furthermore, by e-mail, we need the following information:

-Date of birth

-Marriage status

-Full home address

-Home phone number (necessary)

-Name of company

-Address and phone number of company

-Business activity

-Income

-Full bank account number

-Time current bank account held

-Amount to be financed or number of order already made that is to be financed.

Cost of post and packaging within the Spanish Peninsula is 6.62 euros, which is waived when the total order amount exceeds 140.00 euros.

Return of goods

To return an article within the 15 day trial period, you only need to send us an e-mail to the address ????@?????.com stating the name of the article and the reason for returning it. You will be sent a reply with instructions on how to return the article together with an identity number. Once the number has been submitted, the client has one week in which to send the product to ACME. S.A. After this time the identity number will become null and void. All costs of packing and postage on returns are at the customer's expense. The product should be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if originally included) and with a photocopy of the bill of purchase. The return identity number should be written on a separate label and never on the original packaging.

Formas de pago

Transferencia bancaria: Puede realizar una transferencia a nuestro número de cuenta de Banco Acme: ????? y se realizará el envío de la mercancía una vez recibamos la notificación correspondiente (pudiéndose remitir vía e-mail al servicio de atención al cliente sac@acme.es con el número de transferencia e importe o mediante Fax al número ?????? con el resguardo de la misma). El proceso de compra es el mismo que con tarjeta, sólo tiene que rellenar el formulario de pedido y seleccionar la opción " Transferencia bancaria". Al realizar esta forma de pago tendrá un descuento del 2% en su compra. Para los pedidos internacionales, esta será la única forma de pago aplicables, no pudiendo realizarse el descuento del 2%, por los gastos que genera las transferencias internacionales.

-Tarjeta Visa: Para realizar una compra desde nuestra página Web con tarjeta visa, marque la opción correspondiente a "Tarjeta de crédito" y rellene los datos del formulario con el número de su tarjeta Visa y el número de caducidad después de haber realizado su pedido. Si no se fía del Web seguro, puede introducir los cinco primeros números de su tarjeta y comunicarnos el resto por teléfono.

-Tarjeta American Express: Para realizar una compra desde nuestra página Web con tarjeta American Express, marque la opción correspondiente a "Tarjeta de crédito" y rellene los datos del formulario con el número de su tarjeta y el  número de caducidad después de haber realizado su pedido, si no se fía del Web seguro puede introducir los cinco primeros números de su tarjeta y comunicarnos el resto por teléfono.

-Contra reembolso:  Envío debe ser a nivel nacional y el valor de compra deberá ser abonado por el destinatario al recibirlo.
El proceso de compra es el mismo que con tarjeta, sólo tiene que rellenar el formulario de pedido y seleccionar la opción "Contra reembolso". Esta forma tiene un recargo de 3,00 euros para pedidos inferiores a 195,00 euros de importe total.

Si no queda satisfecho, le devolvemos su dinero

Dentro de las condiciones expresadas en la página condiciones de compra, si al comprar cualquier producto de nuestra tienda, una vez recibido, no satisfaciera sus necesidades, podrá devolverlo dentro de los quince días siguientes a la fecha de la factura, o solicitar su sustitución por el producto de su elección.

- Finaciación: (Para pedidos superiores a 350,00 euros) Con la financiación de Hispacme podrá pagar sus compras cómodamente, para financiar una compra sólo tiene que seguir los siguientes pasos:

• Seleccione "Financiación" en la casilla correspondiente cuando rellene el formulario de pedido.
• Envíenos los siguientes documentos por fax al número ??????
  • Fotocopia del carnet de identidad
  • Última nómina o última declaración de la renta (si es autónomo)
  • Justificante donde aparezcan los 20 dígitos de su banco (por ejemplo:
    copia de un extracto de esa cuenta, o de un cheque, etc.)

Devoluciones

Para la devolución de un producto dentro de los 15 días de prueba, sólo tiene que enviarnos un mail a la dirección ?????@????.com indicándonos el producto y el motivo de la devolución. Se le enviará una contestación con las instrucciones oportunas para realizar la devolución y un número identificativo. Una vez concedido el número de devolución, se dispone de una semana para remitir el material a ACME, S.A. Transcurrido ese plazo, el número quedará sin efecto. Los envíos se realizarán a portes pagados por el comprador, en su embalaje original, con todos los accesorios, si los tuviere, acompañados de una fotocopia de la factura de compra. El número de devolución deberá estar escrito sobre una etiqueta de envío, nunca sobre el embalaje original.
