Que, con la mediación de nuestra Correduría, la Empresa Pública de Gestión de Programas Artísticas tiene contratada Póliza de Seguro n° 123.3456 con la Compañía PAINTEM ART garantizando los daños que puedan sufrir las obras propiedad del Museo de Steven y Alice Waldram integrantes de la Exposición "EI arte de Juan Pérez: espiritualidad y modernidad" durante su transporte desde su lugar de origen (Boston, USA) al Hospital Real de Barcelona (ida y vuelta), almacenamiento y exposición, bajo los siguientes términos:

CERTIFIES: That, with our brokerage, Empresa Pública de Gestión de Programas Artísticas, has contracted Insurance Policy nº 123.3456 with the Company PAINTEM ART, which provides full cover for any damage that may occur to the work of art, property of Steven and Alice Waldram, taking part in the Exhibition entitled: "EI arte de Juan Pérez: espiritualidad y modernidad". Full damage cover is provided during transport from Boston, USA to the place of exhibition and the return trip and whilst on display and during storage at the Hospital Real de Barcelona. Further cover details are as follows:

   "San Juan Evangelista y su vision de Dios " Oleo lienzo / Oil painting 71x 39 cm.

   "San Juan Evangelista y su vision del Cordero" Oleo lienzo / Oil panting 71x 39 cm.

-   Valor asegurado / Insurance value:: 5.000.000 US dollars (five million US dollars)

-   Cobertura: Todo Riesgo modalidad "Clava a Clavo". / Type of Coverage: All-risk from wall to wall.
