Dear Sir

We acknowledge receipt of your letter sent to this department and in which you expressed your concern over the non-payment of a bill from July 2001 regarding services rendered as a computer teacher on behalf of the Seville branch of the Tacaño Bank.

We should very much like to be of assistance but unfortunately we are not authorized to intervene in the aforementioned affair. The Seville branch is legally independent from this department and therefore we are forwarding your complaint to them today so that they will be able to resolve the case themselves.

We regret we can be of no further assistance.

Distinguido senor:

Acusamos recibo de su escrito, que ha tenido entrada en esta unidad, en la que expresa su disconformidad por el impago de una factura de julio de 2001 en concepto de los servicios prestados como profesor de informática, por parte de la sucursal del Banco Tacaño en Sevilla.

Interesados por cuanto expone y dado que esta unidad no es competente para intervenir en el asunto expuesto, al corresponder a la sucursal de Sevilla, que goza de personalidad jurídica propia e independiente de esta entidad, procedemos con esta misma fecha a darles traslado, con el fin de que emitan una resolución al respecto.
