We regret to note that the account for goods forwarded to you on 24th March 2001 is still outstanding.

We have already been in touch with you over this matter several times and have sent you two duplicate invoices.

Owing to these circumstances we regret to have to inform you that if we have not received settlement by the tenth of June, we shall be obliged to instruct our solicitors to institute proceedings against you.
