...any accidental injury, illness, death, loss, expenses or other liability attributable to, or any consequence arising from any sexually transmitted disease, HIV, the fear of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) and/or any HIV-related illness including AIDS and/or any mutant derivative or variations thereof however caused any claim which arises directly or indirectly from you being engaged in any manual employment after the commencement of the Trip any claims arising from the loss or destruction of or damage to any property whatsoever or any loss or expense whatsoever resulting or arising therefrom or any consequential loss directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from:

(i) ionising radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel or

(ii) the radioactive toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof

any claims directly or indirectly occasioned by, happening through or in consequence of war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, military or usurped power or confiscation by or under the order of any government or public local authority

any claims directly or indirectly resulting from aviation other than as a fare-paying passenger on a properly licensed multi-engined passenger-carrying aircraft operated by a company licensed for the transportation of passengers by the duly constituted governmental authority having jurisdiction over civil aviation in the country of registry of such airline

any loss which is in consequence of an incident covered herein (including any claim for loss of enjoyment). Claims shall only be paid for those losses which are specifically stated under the terms of coverany loss which has not been conclusively proven and the amount thereof substantiated
