Spanish letter: solicitor contacts client about payments.

Javier Condor

Dear Miguel Smith

I am writing to you as the son of Mrs María Pallarés Velázquez, owner of the flat 4B at 8 Cisnes Street, and therefore represent her interests.

The reason for contacting you is just to say that the monthly rent payments should now be paid into the same bank (Banco Santander Central Hispano) and still in my mother's name, but into a different account, which she holds near her home in El Puerto de Santa María.

The new account number is the following: 0000 **** **** **** ****.

If this were to prove problematic for you, I urge you to continue making the payments into the same account as you have done to the present date.

Thanking you in advance for your cooperation,

Yours sincerely

Javier Condor
