Ofrezco mis disculpas por la demora de mi contestación pero he estado fuera durante un mes en la casa de mi madre debido a su condición lamentable de salud. Descubrí sus cartas en el felpudo sólo al regresar a casa. Sin embargo, la razón por el impago del alquiler no es debido a mi ausencia sino porque estoy preocupado por el mal estado de mi domicilio en C/ Alpes. Quisiera hablarle acerca de las muchas cosas que requieren un arreglo aquí. El cuarto de baño y la cocina en particular sufren de la pintura pelada y de electrodomésticos averiados.
