Visitas guiadas de la empresa en inglés.

Frases útiles en inglés para realizar una visita guiada de la planta, fábrica y oficinas.

Conducta general durante la visita:

Llevar a los invitados a visitar las instalaciones de la empresa require cierta planificación. Hay que tener en cuenta sobre todo: la ruta y la duración de la visita. Si vas a realizar la visita en inglés, puedes llevar contigo en una tablilla para sujetar papeles una selección de las frases inglesas más abajo adaptadas a tus necesidades. Es mejor practicar las frases en inglés en voz alta anteriormente hasta que estés satisfecho con la pronunciación. Idealmente, aprende unas frases inglesas claves de memoria.

Cómo haces la visita depende del grupo.

Hay que señalar que tanto la dinámica de la visita como el lenguaje en inglés empleado cambian en función del tamaño del grupo. Un grupo grande requiere un trato más formal, sin embargo, con una a tres personas, físicamente te acercarías más y tratarías de utilizar expresiones en inglés más informales.

Con un grupo grande, cada vez que te pares para hablar de algo, tienes que mantenerte inmóvil, mirar y hablar hacia el grupo y de espaldas al objeto o lugar que estás enseñando o posicionarte al lado del mismo. Hay que mirar directamente a las caras y no al suelo. Elige un sitio donde puedas hablar: no obstruyas el paso a la gente trabajando. Si es necesario, puedes subirte en algo (una paleta, caja, etc.) para que el grupo te vea y te escuche mejor.

Dónde posicionarte durante las distintas fases de la visita.

Hay que hablar desde un sitio donde los invitados te puedan escuchar sin un ruido excesivo de máquinas, etc.

En el caso de explicar el funcionamiento de maquinaria muy ruidosa, es preferible explicarla antes de llegar y luego llevar al grupo por delante de la máquina sin más explicaciones una vez allí. Por ejemplo:

"We are going to see the machinery which... We will now go and see the machinery I've been explaining. We'll stop briefly for a minute to watch then please follow me to the rear entrance where you may ask questions." >>

Gestos y cómo expresarte con claridad durante la visita.

Señalar con el brazo extendido o incluso con los dos pulgares señalando por encima del hombro. Ten cuidado de no hablar mirando hacia otro lado (o puede que no te oigan).

Con una, dos o tres personas, puedes colocarte al lado de los invitados mirando con ellos hacia el objeto o sitio que quieres explicar.

Es aconsejable planificar la ruta de la visita para saber cuánto tiempo va a durar. Si informas a los invitados al principio de la duración de la visita, no se van a impacientar por coger un avión etc. durante la misma.

 

Frases de introducción a la visita de la empresa en inglés:

Good morning, ladies and gentleman. Could I have your attention, please? Welcome to Acme. My name is Mary and I'm going to give you a tour of the installations / offices / plant / factory. The tour will last about thirty minutes. >> (Visita formal para grupos más grandes.)

Good morning. Nice to meet you. I'm Mary. Come with me and I'll show you around. It'll just take thirty minutes. >> (Visita menos formal para individuos, grupos muy reducidos. También debes preguntar nombres si no te los han presentado.)
